HOW IT ALL WORKS..
Our retainer program is only for clients who’ve already gotten the basics of their brand’s identity developed and designed. New logos and websites will not be developed from scratch under the retainer program, but if you need to start with these services — we offer some amazing packages for those, too! Based on the package tier you choose, a set number of hours will be allocated to your account each month
Any overage in design time/hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Any unused hours will expire each month and will not roll over. This helps us to honor the purpose of a retainer and keep our calendars balanced.
We’ll keep you updated on how many hours you have remaining and when you’re approaching your pre-paid limit. We’ll never work additional hours without your approval first.
Payment will be invoiced or auto-drafted in-full 2 days before the 1st of the month for the following month’s services. Payment for overage hours will be due prior to those hours being booked on our calendars
At least 30 minutes of each month’s hours are recommended to go towards a strategy call/meeting to plan your needs and deadlines for the month
The cost of your retainer will not include or cover any expenses from third parties (such as custom and stock photography, printing, website subscription/plug ins, social media ad fees, font licenses, etc.)
